Right to withdraw from the contract
A customer who is a consumer, as well as a natural person entering into a contract that is not directly related to their business activity, has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day on which they or a third party designated by the Customer (other than the carrier) took possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the Customer should submit an unequivocal statement:

The Customer may use the sample withdrawal form included in the store regulations, but the completed return form must be included in the parcel being returned .

Consequences of withdrawal from the contract
If the contract is withdrawn from, the Seller shall reimburse the Customer for all payments received, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from the Customer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method available in the store), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which the Seller receives notice of withdrawal from the contract.
The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method as was used for the original transaction, unless the Customer expressly agrees to a different method of reimbursement that does not incur any costs for them.
Returning goods
The Customer must return or hand over the goods to the Seller without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which they notified the Seller of their withdrawal from the sales contract. The deadline is met if the Customer sends back the goods before the 14-day period expires.

Condition of returned goods
Returned goods should be packaged in a way that protects them from damage in transit (in the original packaging where possible) and should:
show no signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product,
include the original tags and the complete set of parts and accessories,
be returned with the documents received at the time of purchase (if applicable).
The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Return costs
The Customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods (e.g. return shipping costs).
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply in the cases provided for by applicable law, in particular with regard to:
goods manufactured to the Customer's specifications or intended to meet their individual needs (e.g. personalized products),
goods delivered in sealed packaging that cannot be returned after opening for reasons of hygiene or health protection,
goods that are perishable or have a short shelf life,
Uncollected orders
If the Customer fails to collect the ordered goods within 14 days of being notified that they are available for collection, the Seller will set an additional 7-day period for collection. If the goods are not collected within this period, the Customer will be deemed to have withdrawn from the sales contract. The Seller will refund the price paid by the Customer, and the goods will be returned to stock.
